Predictably Sharks Coach Shane Flanagan has stuck solid in selecting the same team which got the better of the Wests Tigers in an entertaining match at Remondis Stadium last Saturday.

With Ben Barba a week away from a return and the Fifita twins Andrew and David suspended until the round one of the finals, Flanagan has gone with the same 17 who took part in the 40-18 last start win.

In what shapes as a difficult game for a Sharks team pushing for a top eight berth, the Sharks will again rely on the attacking brilliance of Valentine Holmes, Jack Bird and veteran Michael Gordon, who goes around on Saturday against the club he will join at the end of the 2015 season.

The Sharks will once more look for substantial contributions from the likes of Michael Ennis and the experienced backrow trio of Luke Lewis, Wade Graham and Paul Gallen, with Graham having extra motivation as he runs out for his 150th NRL game.

In fifth position after 24 rounds, two wins could sneak the Sharks into a top four spot, making the result against the Eels a vital one in relation to their premiership aspirations.

The Sharks v Eels match is scheduled for a 3.00pm kick off at Pirtek Stadium, with Sharks fans encouraged to get out to the venue to support the team. If not making the trip to Parramatta, the Locker Room in Sharkies Leagues Club is the next best place to catch all the action.

See following the Sharks team list.
