NRLW Team List: Round 5 v Tigers

The Sharks could have a few troops back on deck for this week's Magic Round clash against the Tigers in Wagga Wagga.

Rhiannon Byers, Tiana Penitani Gray and Filomina Hanisi have been named on the extended bench as they all look to return from injury.

Sharks captain Penitani Gray has been recovering from a quad strain, while Byers has been nursing a shoulder injury, both of which happened in round 2 against the Broncos.

Hanisi has been sidelined since she ruptured her ACL last season, but the former Blues prop has been back training and on the road to recovery.

Najvada George has been named to start at lock, after she was a late swap from the bench in Cronulla's 22-10 win over the Raiders in Canberra.

The former New Zealand international will now wear the Sharks' number 13 jersey, after impressing in her first few games for her new club.

Cronulla's stand-in captain and proud local junior, Quincy Dodd, will bring up her 50th NRLW game when they play the Tigers.

The game will kick off the NRLW's Magic Round at 11:35am on Saturday at Geohex Park, Wagga Wagga.
