Ben Barba is a scratching from today’s game against the Raiders with a knee injury.
The injury to his knee not considered serious, however Sharks medical staff were not willing to risk the Sharks utility, preferring to give him the week off.
Barba is expected to be available for the Sharks next game which is against his former club the Bulldogs on Sunday week.
The Sharks have no further changes, with Matt Prior, selected in jersey 18, coming into the team for today’s game.
Conditions are fine but cool at GIO Stadium, with the match an important one for both teams as the competition now heats up for places inside the top eight.
Kick off is at 3.00pm.
