Cronulla enforcer Chris Heighington fronted the media at training on Wednesday to discuss the Round 19 clash with the Raiders.

In a game that will mark Paul Gallen's 250th appearance in the top grade, Heighington said that the road trip to Canberra will be a tough task for the Sharks side.

"It's up there as one of the toughest, considering they're (the Raiders) are going so well as well," he said.

"We're up for the challenge. We went to Townsville and it's obviously different weather conditions, but we went up there and got the win so hopefully we can do the same on Saturday."

Heighington also spoke of the necessity of shutting down Raiders' five-eighth Blake Austin's impact on the contest, and his own personal contractual status at the club.

See what he had to say, with the interview now playing on Sharks TV.
