Paul Gallen and Luke Lewis are certain starters and will back up just three days after State of Origin for the Sharks match with Manly at Remondis Stadium.
The pair will be joined by Todd Carney who also returns after a stint on the sidelines with injury.
In changes to the selected Sharks team, Jonathan Wright comes out, with Ricky Leutele returning after missing the Dragons game.
Halfback Jeff Robson is also out, replaced in the starting side by youngster Fa'amanu Brown. On the interchange bench, Tinirau Arona comes in, along with Tupou Sopoaga, with Chris Heighington ruled out with a leg injury.
For Manly, Anthony Watmough misses the match due to suspension.
Kickoff is at 7.30pm.
