Players and staff invited to apply for Male Winter Academy

Applications are now open for players and staff interested in being part of the 2025 Male Sharks Winter Academy program.

*Please note: this is a MALE-ONLY program. Details on how to apply for the 2025 Female Winter Academy will be provided in the coming weeks.*

An integral part of the Sharks pathways system, the Winter Academy is open to players registered and playing with Cronulla-Sutherland District junior clubs.

Squads will be assembled in the under 14s, 15s, 16s and 18s age groups following trials at the Cronulla High School fields on Monday, June 2.

Successful applicants will be contacted with further information. Triallists will be required to complete a waiver form – please see below.

Players selected in the final squads will take part in a training block and games aimed at preparing them to advance to NSWRL Junior Representative level.

Staff roles include coaches, sports trainers, physiotherapists, equipment coordinators, strength and conditioners, team managers and ground announcers/timers. Interviews are by invite only.

Applications close on Friday, May 30, with Winter Academy training sessions to commence on Monday, June 16.
