Arriving at the Sharks this year after helping the Steelers win the 2024 Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership, Brookfield played every game and cemented herself as an integral part of a Tarsha Gale side that finished eighth with four wins.

For the Lisa Fiaola Cup squad (fourth; six wins), prop Henrietta Mayers received the Player of the Year gong while halfback Julliana Kolio was named Players' Player.

Mayers was a strong force through the middle, laying the foundation for the under-17 team to reach the second week of the finals.

The Tarsha Gale side also defeated eventual premiers Parramatta 36-14 in Round 5, showcasing their ability to mix it with the best when at full strength.

Both squads attended the awards night and were recognised for their admirable efforts, making the club and all fans proud.
