Taco Team List Tuesday - Sharks v Bulldogs

Sharks coach Craig Fitzgibbon has named close to a full-strength line-up for his team's second and final NRL Pre-Season Challenge match against the Bulldogs at Belmore Sports Ground on Friday night.

Having been rested for last week's 44-18 trial loss to the Knights, the likes of Will Kennedy, Jesse Ramien, Ronaldo Mulitalo, Blayke Brailey and Toby Rudolf are set to pull on the black, white and blue jersey for the first time in 2024.

All Stars representatives Nicho Hynes, Braydon Trindall, Briton Nikora and Royce Hunt will also be back in action at club level, with Fitzgibbon looking to give his established players a hit-out ahead of round one against the Warriors.

Hynes and Trindall will continue fine-tuning their blossoming halves combination, fresh off guiding the Indigenous All Stars to victory over their Māori counterparts. Trindall collected the Preston Campbell Medal as Man of the Match.

Meanwhile, hulking front-rower Tom Hazelton will play off the bench after accepting a fine for a careless high tackle on Newcastle forward Mat Croker.

Backing up from the opening trial, young guns Kade Dykes, Daniel Atkinson, Kayal Iro and Niwhai Puru have been included in an extended 26-man squad.

As with last week, Fitzgibbon has unlimited interchanges at his disposal.

Kick-off on Friday is scheduled for 8pm AEDT, broadcast live on Foxtel and Kayo.
