Sharks NRL stars Jayden and Blayke Brailey, Bronson Xerri, Kyle Flanagan and Will Kennedy are just some of the exciting young players to recently graduate to the senior ranks through the clubs Academy and Junior representative system.
Set up for young local players, the Academy offers elite coaching and development opportunities for those selected through trials and/or identified by the Sharks scouting network.
This year while senior coaches and Sharks Development personnel are in regular attendance at local junior fixtures, trials will also be conducted in assisting with the selection of Academy squads in the under 14’s, 15’s and 17’s age groups.
The Sharks Academy Winter development trials will be held on Wednesday, May 15, with under 14’s to arrive at 4:15pm, under 15’s at 5:15pm and 17’s at 6:15pm.
All players must apply by filling out and submitting the following application, while also reading, signing and bringing the below waiver form to the Academy trials.
Applications close Friday, May 10, with a start date for the Winter Academy training sessions yet to be confirmed.
