Jersey Flegg Team List - Sharks v Bears

The Jersey Flegg Sharks begin the defence of the title won in impressive fashion in 2018 with a round two clash with the North Sydney Bears.

To be played at Shark Park on Sunday, with kick off at 3.00pm, the Sharks will be keen to start the season on a positive after up and down trial form leading into the contest.

The under-20 Sharks managed a big win over Manly in their first trial before being thumped by Newcastle in the second, however they head into Sunday’s match with plenty of determination and confidence, not just for this opening game, but for the season ahead.

The Sharks have a number of players returning from their championship winning season, most notably front rower Monty Raper, centre Vito Tevaga, back rower Tom Caughlan and five eighth Jayden Millard, with many of this years side having enjoyed a taste of the Flegg competition in 2018.

With coach David Howlett now an assistant to the Sharks NRL Head Coach John Morris, former NRL and UK SuperLeague player Daniel Holdsworth has assumed the coaching duties.

The Sharks Jersey Flegg team is listed below;
