Four Sunday afternoon matches, a Friday blockbuster against the Melbourne Storm and a Saturday night clash with the defending premiers are features of the Sharks home game schedule for the 2019 season.

The Sharks are set to host the Sea Eagles, Broncos, Raiders and neighbouring rivals the Dragons, in the afternoon sun at Shark Park in Sunday matches next year in a family friendly time-slot.

Add to that two 3.00pm Saturday games and the just-released NRL draw for 2019 sees the Sharks allocated six day-time kick off times in their 12 home matches.

The 2019 home schedule for the Sharks begins with a visit from the Gold Coast Titans on a Saturday afternoon on the second weekend of the season and concludes with a 2.00pm Sunday match-up with the Raiders in round 24.

The Sharks are away in both the opening round (to the Knights) and on the final week of the season in round 25 (Tigers).

While fans can look forward to all 12 home fixtures, a couple of matches stand out and are sure to be pencilled in on the calendar and added to the must-see list for next season.

Early in the year the Sydney Roosters, the 2018 NRL Premiers, visit Shark Park for an eagerly anticipated clash on Saturday, April 13.

Kicking off at 7.30pm, the Sharks will be keen to display their wares against the team that has already been installed as premiership favourites for 2019.

After a Thursday night home match with the Panthers in round 6 and an away game against the Broncos at Suncorp, the Sharks fierce rivalry with Melbourne will then be renewed, with the Storm to visit the Shire on Friday, May 3.

A Sunday afternoon confrontation with the Broncos in July is one to mark down, however if there is a game all Sharks supporters most look forward to, and plenty of Dragons fans as well, its the local derby clash between the southern Sydney neighbours.

The Sharks and St George Illawarra face off in Wollongong at WIN in round 11, before the return bout is on a Sunday afternoon at Shark Park in round 22, with a 4.00pm kick off.

Ticketed memberships are available and selling fast, so don't miss any of the action and secure your seat at Shark Park today.
