While how they will line up will remain a mystery until the players take their positions for kick off in the local derby clash, the Sharks have confirmed their 17-man line up for the match tonight.

As expected, numbers 18 and 19 drop off the list, meaning Trent Hodkinson is still yet to debut in Sharks colours, while local product Kurt Dillon will also have to wait at least another week to play his first game in the NRL.

Otherwise the Sharks side is fit and ready to go, however some speculation exists as to who will occupy the fullback role for tonight’s match.

Valentine Holmes will wear the number one jersey, although Sharks coach Shane Flanagan hinted yesterday at a positional switch, possibly with new recruit Josh Dugan who has been listed to play in the centres.

Also in tonight’s match Aaron Gray will become the 518th Sharks First Grade player when he takes to the field for the big round two match up.

The Sharks v Dragons match is scheduled to get underway at 8.05pm.
