Luke Lewis was at Rugby League Central in Moore Park yesterday, attending the launch of the Women in League round.

Lewis credited the women in his life, his mother and sister, wife Sonia and daughter Hazel, for reaching his milestone 300th NRL match, set to take place at Southern Cross Group Stadium on Friday night.

Following the Women in League launch formalities Lewis fronted a large media contingent and spoke about his 17-year career, one which has included two premierships, 16 Tests for Australia and 17 games for NSW.

In was an all encompassing interview for one of the best-ever players to wear the Cronulla colours.
