It was another all-action day for the Sharks at Southern Cross Group Stadium, who upped their intensity in their preparations ahead of this Saturday night’s meeting with the Raiders in Canberra.

Returning to the field for the second of two field sessions in as many days, the Sharks showed plenty of physicality in their work, in readying for the strong Raiders forward pack that awaits.

Ricky Leutele trained strong in contact, so too Chris Heighington who showed no signs of ill-effects after last weekend’s head knock.
