The Cronulla Sharks can confirm that they will fight Wade Graham's grade one careless high tackle at the NRL Judiciary tomorrow night.

After deliberation, both Cronulla Sharks and NSW Blues officials agreed to fight the charge in the hope of handing Graham his maiden State of Origin jersey.

Graham said today from Coffs Harbour that he would sit down now and assess his case in the hope of getting off the charge.

"I'll look at it now (the tackle), probably over the next 24 hours we'll sit down and have a look at it and get our case ready and get it sorted," said Graham.

The hearing will be held at 6:00pm, with the Sharks obviously hoping for a positive resolution to proceedings.
