Thelma Spencer -  the 108-year-old Novocastrian who is every bit Black, White and Blue -  was the guest of honour in the Sharks sheds after the side's win at Newcastle.

With thanks to Newcastle Knights, Thelma was welcomed to the Hunter stadium and treated to a day out watching her beloved Sharks.

After the 80 minutes, Thelma joined in with the celebrations in the Away sheds, summing the afternoon up perfectly.

"It was lovely when they won," she said.

The Rugby League fan older than the game itself rejoiced in the Sharks comeback win, and formed a key part of the circle during the team song.

Thelma spoke to Sharks TV after the match, with her interview now playing.

Be sure to watch Thelma, and the Sharks squad, belt out the team song after the win!
