The Sharks have partnered with the Trainer Group Foundation to deliver the Game Changer inclusion program, aimed at empowering adults living with disability or additional support needs.

The Game Changer program is designed to build confidence in participants, helping them make new social connections while honing their unique strengths.

Sharks Equal Access Program Lead and NRLW superstar Emma Verran will facilitate five free weekly workshops, kicking off on Monday, July 28 at De La Salle Junior Rugby League Club across the road from Sharks Stadium.

The two-hour sessions involve classroom-based learning and outdoor physical activity. The first hour focuses on developing soft skills such as maintaining mental wellbeing and setting goals, while the second component fosters teamwork and friendships through physical activity in a safe and supportive environment.

The program is targeted at recent school leavers.
