Taco Team List Tuesday - Sharks v Dragons

Following a bye week in taking the opportunity to rest up and recover, the Sharks are back in action on Thursday night when they host the Dragons in the second local derby for 2023.

On a night where Blayke Brailey celebrates his 100th NRL game, the Sharks will be looking to make it two from two against their traditional rivals after taking out their first match up this season back in round four.

Sharks coach Craig Fitzgibbon has named an unchanged 17-man team to the one which managed to beat the Bulldogs in their most recent outing, with Toby Rudolf after a long time on the sidelines with a toe injury, named on an extended bench.

The Sharks squad will be trimmed to 19 on Wednesday night, with the final 17-man team to be confirmed one hour before Thursday night’s kick off.

The Sharks go into the contest om 22 points and in fourth position on the NRL ladder, 10 points clear of the Dragons who are in 17th.

The game is scheduled for a 7.50pm kick off at PointsBet Stadium, with a Jersey Flegg match between the same two teams the curtain raiser.
