The Sharks have put the Covid issues of the past week behind them and with returning representative players also reporting no injury concerns and back on deck, the Cronulla team as selected on Tuesday will run out for the round 16 game against the Bulldogs later this afternoon.

The only change to the Sharks team sees Dale Finucane elevated into the run-on side, with Cam McIness starting the game from the interchange bench.

For the Sharks team which beat the Gold Coast Titans at their last start, Andrew Fifita is back in the 17 and the only addition, with Braydon Trindall turning out for the Newtown Jets in the KOE NSW Cup match earlier today.

Today's clash will see one team notch a hattrick of victories, with both clubs coming into the contest following two consecutive wins.

The Sharks are fourth ahead of today's match with nine wins so far in 2022, the Bulldogs 13th.

The Sharks v Bulldogs game is scheduled to kick-off at 3.00pm at CommBank Stadium.
