The Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership Sharks team finished third after the home and away season in 2021 and with a talented and well-coached team, were nicely placed to make a run at the title.
Unfortunately, the Covid shutdown intervened and the season failed to reach a conclusion, however the way 2021 ended has the Sharks primed to challenge once again in the premier senior NSWRL women’s competition in 2022.
And while the Sharks are confident the bulk of their playing roster will return next year to again make them highly competitive, they are seeking expressions of interest from women looking to be a part of their team in 2022.
The Club is therefore accepting nominations from players looking to participate and play for the Sharks next year.
While COVID restrictions are easing, with community sport in NSW aiming for a return soon, potential trial and/or start dates for training have yet to be confirmed.
