Late Mail - Sharks v Raiders

Two teams featuring a number of unfamiliar names are set to do battle in the final game of the home and away season at Kogarah's Jubilee Stadium today.

The Raiders named a team without a handful of their regulars on Tuesday, with Sharks coach John Morris also electing to give Josh Dugan and Sione Katoa the afternoon off in preparation for the finals the week following.

When the 19-man squads were announced last night Morris also chose to omit Siosifa Talakai and Toby Rudolf, while today two more from the originally-named side have also come out.

With an eye to next week Blayke Brailey has been given the night off, as has  Jesse Ramien, with Braydon Trindall to play hooker and the experienced Bryson Goodwin coming into the team for Ramien in the Sharks backline.

As for last night's team changes, Scott Sorensen was named at lock in place of Rudolf, Teig Wilton comes in for Talakai, with the Sharks bench consisting of debutant Daniel Vasquez, Jack Williams, Andrew Fifita and Billy Magoulias.

The two 17-man teams are listed below, with kick off to tonight's game scheduled for 5.30pm.
