For most of the opening half of the round two local derby with the Dragons, the Sharks seemingly had all the answers.

Up 14-0 and cruising, the Dragons managed a try in the minutes leading into half time, then dominated the second period before going on to record the second of five consecutive wins to start their 2018 season.

This Friday night the Sharks have an opportunity to end St George’s impressive streak while getting their own campaign kick-started when the teams match up again, this time at WIN Stadium in the round six clash.

While the Dragons have been riding high, the Sharks head into the match on the back of a last-start loss to the Sydney Roosters.

After not getting the points last Friday, Sharks Coach Shane Flanagan has made a handful of changes, some forced and others through necessity.

Josh Dugan has bene named to return, Matt Moylan remains at fullback, while Edrick Lee comes in on the wing in place of Sosaia Feki who has been left out.

James Segeyaro, after receiving a bad head knock in the loss to the Roosters, will miss the match, meaning local junior Kurt Dillon has been named to make his NRL debut.

The Sharks v Dragons match is scheduled to get underway at 7.50pm on Friday night, with the Sharks 21-man squad listed below.
