Sharks coach Shane Flanagan has made a handful of changes ahead of his teams’s round two clash against the Raiders in Canberra.

Flanagan tipped the media off yesterday about Jack Bird’s shift to fullback in place of an injured Gerard Beale, while Kurt Capewell has predictably been called into the centres.

As for the Sharks bench, this is where Flanagan has delivered a couple of surprises, with experienced campaigners Jeremy Latimore and Joseph Paulo coming into the 17-man squad.

For Latimore it will be his Sharks NRL debut

Tony Williams and Fa’amanu Brown have been omitted from the 19-man squad.

Liam and Rob were sideline ahead of the big match, see what they had to say in a Sharks TV preview.
