Tickets to the Sharks’ trial match against the Brisbane Broncos at Dolphin Stadium in Redcliffe are now on sale.
To be played on February 4, Sharks fans are expected to travel far and wide for a sneak peak of what to expect in Round one of the 2017 NRL Telstra Premiership.
The clash will coincide with the 2017 Downer Auckland Nines and those Sharks top liners not competing in the short form tournament are likely to compete in the clash in Redcliffe.
Both the Sharks and Broncos are preparing for the 2017 Dacia World Club Challenge so the face off will mark the final game played by both sides before they head to England for the competition.
Dolphin Stadium last hosted an NRL trial in 2014, reeling in a record number of fans.
Wet weather and construction prevented Redcliffe from holding matches in 2015 and 2016, but the newly developed stadium is set to bring in a big and passionate crowd in 2017.
