Hanging on to score a nail-biting two-point win over the Rabbitohs in Round 24, the NYC Sharks will be out to continue their push for a top-four berth in hosting the Roosters at Southern Cross Group Stadium this Saturday night.
In a contest that went to-and-fro against the Rabbitohs, the NYC Sharks’ premiership credentials will again be put to the test, when the third-placed Roosters front this weekend.
NYC Coach John Morris has named a backline brimming with plenty of size and skill, while Captain and hooker Jayden Brailey is expected to take his place in the side, despite picking up a knock in the Rabbitohs’ match.
Kick-off to the NYC match has been brought forward 15 minutes to 5.00pm to accomodate the Sharks v Dragons Women's 9's fixture which will get underway at the completion of the 20's clash.
