Sharks winger Valentine Holmes spoke with the media earlier in the week, and shrugging off suggestions of a possible move to the back, praised the form of Ben Barba.
Crossing for an important double against the Panthers in Round 18, Barba set the platform for the Sharks win - a feature not lost on Holmes.
"Benny's playing out of his skin, he's our leader in the backs there," Holmes said.
"He's creating anything from nothing, and as you could see from last week he played a blinder.
"All the boys build from how he's going, they strive for what he's playing for."
