After getting the better of the Titans in a physical encounter on Sunday, the Sharks are gearing themselves for more of the same when they travel to Canberra to take on the Raiders this weekend.

Up against one of the biggest forward packs in the NRL competition, the Sharks will need to aim up in the middle of the park if they hope to add to their three-game winning streak.

The Sharks and Titans ripped into each other on Sunday and while no injury concerns were reported, the Sharks are set to be without Luke Lewis after the representative backrower was handed a one-game suspension for a shoulder charge.

Apart from the unavailability of Lewis the Sharks line-up remains unchanged, with Jayson Bukuya coming back into the starting side after missing the game last Sunday due to a finger injury.

Gerard Beale, after his impressive cameo when coming onto the field when James Maloney was concussed, retains his place on the Sharks bench.

The Sharks will complete their training week with a captain’s run at Southern Cross Group Stadium on Saturday, before travelling to Canberra later that day.

The Sharks v Raiders clash is scheduled for a 2.00pm kick off at GIO Stadium in Canberra.
