Wade Graham spoke with Sharks TV at the Sharks Members' Christmas BBQ last weekend.
Graham said that while he is looking forward to the holiday break, pre-season training has been enjoyable and that all the squad are hitting their goals and targets ahead of the new season.
"It's been pretty good to tell you the truth," Graham said.
"We've probably done a little bit less volume on the field, in terms of conditioning ... some of the boys, their stuff in the gym has been unbelievable.
"I'm feeling pretty good. Christmas break now, then we're back into it."
Wade also gave an insight into how he plans to spend Christmas day, with the interview now playing on Sharks TV.
