Sharks fans wont have to wait long next year for what is perhaps the most eagerly anticipated game of the 2016 season - the local derby blockbuster against the St George Illawarra Dragons.
A sneak peak of the 2016 draw reveals the Sharks will face their local rivals on a Sunday afternoon at Shark Park in round 2 next season.
Kick off to the match is scheduled for 4.00pm during March, ensuring a Sunday afternoon clash not to be missed.
The Sharks and Dragons shared the spoils with one win apiece during 2015. The St George Illawarra side scored a comprehensive win at Kogarah Oval in the first match up, only for the Sharks to square the ledger in the return game at Shark Park later in the season.
