The continued development of the Cronulla Sharks Football Club both on and off the field is being recognised not only in Australia but also on a global scale.

International sports business magazine, SportPro Media recently published an article which focused on how the Club is working with a dedicated focus on redeveloping its brand equity and establishing a lasting legacy for future generations to be proud of.

CEO Lyall Gorman said that the Club had to review where its values stood and where it was headed as a whole within the Australian sporting landscape.

“First of all we had to listen to our Members and supporters and re-visit the basics around our vision, values and culture to confirm who we really are, what we truly stand for and where we are heading as a Club. Then we had to take this refreshed narrative to our Sharks community and deliver on promise through our actions, on and off the field”, said Gorman.
