The story written by the Telegraph’s Phil Rothfield, headlined “Sharks Left Devastated” pretty much summed up the feeling after the loss to the Cowboys.

Rothfield’s report was just one of many praising the Cowboys and lamenting a below-par Sharks performance which saw them bundled out of the 2015 premiership race just two weeks before the competition decider.

Aside from the game day reporting, plenty of additional stories came from the weekend’s clash and the season that is now over for the Sharks, with tales of fans driving 4,000km or hopping on a Sharks-organised charter flight making for some headlines away from the score-line and unfortunate result.

So see what they’re writing, see what they’re saying in the final edition of Sharks in the News for the 2015 season.
