It was an occasion to remember for Sharks Captain Paul Gallen, made even more special when his team managed to sneak out of Canberra with the two competition points after an exciting extra time win over the Raiders.

Gallen was presented with his 250th game jersey by his father Gary before kick-off and then as he always does led from the front, playing every minute in the Sharks golden point win.

It was again inspirational stuff from the Sharks spiritual leader with the two points vital to the teams’ finals prospects.

After the excitement had died down somewhat, Gallen took time out to speak with Sharks TV about his 250th game, the Canberra win and the battle of Belmore which awaits them next Sunday.

See what his had to say, with the skipper speaking post-game with Sharks TV.
