Sharks Coach Shane Flanagan is well aware of the significance of Sunday’s local derby clash with the Dragons on Sunday.

Just outside the top eight and looking in, after their last start loss to the Sea Eagles, Flanagan realises a win is imperative if his team hopes to remain on track for a finals berth.

Flanagan covered off on a number of topics, including the Dragons match, the career of Luke Lewis who plays his 250th NRL game on Sunday and the prospect of Paul Gallen and Michael Ennis backing up to play for the Sharks following a physical Origin decider on Wednesday night.

See what he had to say, with the Flanagan interview now playing on Sharks TV.

Sunday's match against the St George Illawarra Dragons is proudly brought to you by match day sponsor Southern Radiology.
