Ben Barba returns from suspension and has been included on a six man interchange bench for the Sharks clash with the Newcastle Knights on Friday.
With the strong performance from Jack Bird in the win over the Roosters, coach Shane Flanagan has left the youngster in the number six jersey, with Barba likely to play a utility role against the Knights.
Valentine Holmes will again play fullback, Michael Gordon on the wing.
Jayson Bukuya also returns after missing the Roosters match with injury, with the Sharks backrower joining Barba, Anthony Tupou, Matt Prior, David Fifita and Tinirau Arona on the extended bench.
The Sharks v Knight match is scheduled for a 7.30pm kick off at Remondis Stadium on Friday.
