The Sharks have named a near full strength team for their final trial hit out of 2015, with Gallen, Ennis and Barba set to tackle the Tigers
The Sharks have named a formidable line up for their trial against the Tigers, with Ben Barba, Michael Ennis and Paul Gallen amongst those set to take to the field at Campbelltown Stadium on Saturday night.
With only a handful of players unavailable, coach Shane Flanagan will roll out a strong squad of 20 in the main trial match, while another six Sharks NRL squad members will play for Newtown in the NSW Cup game before backing up later in the day.
“I’ve got 26 players available this weekend so everybody will get some game time,” Flanagan explained. “The boys who play for Newtown will also play some minutes during the second half of the NRL trial.”
Of the six Sharks not selected to play this weekend, all are expected to be fit and available for round one on March 8.
