Injured when scoring the Sharks first try in their round 24 match against the Canberra Raiders, Braydon Trindall underwent scans earlier today which have confirmed he suffered a shoulder dislocation.
Trindall will now work with Sharks medical staff in rehabbing the injury in looking to be available to play again at some stage this season.
Trindall’s kick and regather try came in the fifth minute of the game, the Sharks half then being replaced, while not returning to the field.
Sharks coach Craig Fitzgibbon will now assess his options in relation to finding a halves partner for Nicho Hynes for the game against the Titans next week.
In other Sharks injury news, KL Iro made a successful return after missing the Dragons game due to concussion protocols, with Toby Rudolf was also back on the field yesterday, playing for the Newtown Jets in their win over Canberra yesterday.
Jesse Ramien underwent surgery last Thursday to repair a pectoral tear, an injury which will see him sidelined for the remainder of the 2026 season.
