The Sharks have named an unchanged 17 to take on the Raiders in the nation's capital at GIO Stadium on Saturday.

Rugby 7s convert Madison Ashby keeps her spot in the centres, after coming in for injured captain Tiana Penitani Gray, who remains sidelined with a quad strain.

Ashby impressed in her first start in the NRLW, setting up a try for Cassie Staples.

Fullback Jada Taylor was also on song with 1 line break, 6 tackle breaks and 158 metres from her 16 runs.

Last year's preliminary finalists are off to a tough start to the season, having lost their first three matches and needing to ignite their season this weekend.

They come up against a 5th-placed Raiders outfit that won its first two games and only went down 24-18 to last year's runners-up, the Roosters, last week.

The game will kick off at 12:40pm at GIO Stadium.
