Initially published Tuesday, April 21:

Sharks coach Craig Fitzgibbon has announced his 22-man squad for Friday's Anzac Round meeting with the Cowboys in Townsville.

Cronulla will be buoyed by co-captain Cam McInnes' return from an eight-month layoff with an ACL injury after the forward was included on the interchange.

It will mark the 32-year-old's first appearance since Round 24 last season.

In a further tweak to the side that went down to the Roosters before last week's bye, Mawene Hiroti will shift to the wing in place of Sione Katoa, who is listed as a reserve. Sifa Talakai will subsequently move from the bench to start at centre.

Kick-off is at 6pm. The game will be broadcast live on Foxtel and Kayo.
