Dragons playmaker Kyle Flanagan and Titans livewire Jayden Campbell will guide the Prime Minister's XIII around the park in their first appearance in the green and gold on Sunday.
Both Flanagan and Campbell are making their PM's XIII debut as is breakout Raiders star Ethan Strange, who lines up in the centres with Bradman Best.
The Prime Minister’s XIII will be captained by Rabbitohs enforcer Keaon Koloamatangi and features some of the game’s breakout stars of 2025 including Koloamatangi’s South Sydney teammates Jye Gray and Tallis Duncan, Canberra Raiders Tom Starling and Corey Horsburgh and Melbourne’s Tyran Wishart.
Parramatta halfback Mitchell Moses was called into the squad midweek after the withdrawal of Brad Schneider and Nick Meaney and is expected to play around 40 minutes off the bench.
The Women’s Prime Minister’s XIII will be captained by Quincy Dodd and Sophie Holyman, and features Titans speedster Jaime Chapman, Eels fullback Abbi Church and Wests Tigers attacking ace Caitlin Turnbull.
The Men’s Prime Minister’s XIII side will be coached by newly-appointed Kangaroos coach Kevin Walters, while the Women’s squad will be guided by Jillaroos Coach Jess Skinner.
Walters said the Men’s squad includes a number of names that have lit up the NRL competition in 2025.
“The squad has a really strong mix of experienced representative players and some of the best young talent that we saw showcased in the NRL this season.
"There is a lot of strike across the park with the likes of Ethan Strange, Jye Gray, Bradman Best and Jason Saab and some real power and mobility up front, led by Keaon Koloamatangi who is getting the opportunity to captain the side.
"I’m excited to get to work with the team this week and put on a great display in Port Moresby on Sunday.”
Women’s Prime Minister’s XIII Coach Jess Skinner said her squad was brimming with exciting youngsters who will earn their first taste of representative football.
“We have some players in this squad that have experienced this fixture previously and having them back in the team will be invaluable for some of the exciting young talent we’ve selected to get a taste of international Rugby League," she said.
“The players that are involved in this game will have the opportunity of a lifetime coming together to play and experience a country that has a passion for Rugby League like no other.
“For the young players we have, it’s a chance to put their hand up for Jillaroos honours and I know that they are going to bring a lot of energy and excitement to this contest."
