Sharks celebrate Members Round with exclusive offers

The Sharks will mark Members Round with an epic home double-header on Sunday, celebrating the 17,923 loyal supporters that became "Sharks Forever" and set a new club record in 2025.

For the second season in a row, the Sharks easily eclipsed their previous high-water mark – going from 16,561 Members in 2024 to the cusp of 18,000 this year with the support of official Membership partner Quest Apartment Hotels.

Members will be honoured during huge NRL and NRLW clashes with the Knights on August 31 – the final regular-season games at Sharks Stadium this year.

In a show of appreciation, Members are also exclusively invited to watch the NRLW and NRL training sessions on Saturday, August 30. Information about the event has been emailed to Members, along with details on entering the draw to be selected for a range of money-can't-buy pre-game experiences, including:

  • Coin toss
  • On-field warm-up viewing
  • Match ball delivery
  • Shark Alarm
  • Kids running out with players
  • Guard of honour

Member items including hats, scarves, keyrings, lanyards, gear bags and backpacks will be given away throughout the day. Members will also receive an additional 5% discount on merchandise from gates opening until NRLW half-time.

CEO Dino Mezzatesta led the tributes to Sharks Members.

"It's been a landmark season for our club, starting with a historic trip to Las Vegas, and we couldn't have done it without our loyal Members.

"Thank you for being part of the journey so far this year and the many years before that – we're grateful to have such a strong Member base."

NRL coach Craig Fitzgibbon added: "Thank you to all our Members for the unwavering support. As always, you've ridden every moment with us this season.

"We look forward to representing you this weekend and showing our appreciation."

Sharks star Blayke Brailey is determined to top off the occasion with a win.

"As a local junior, I know exactly what it's like to be in the stands or on the hill at Sharks Stadium cheering on the team," Brailey said.

"The passion of our Members is second to none. I still pinch myself that I get to represent the club I grew up supporting and do all our fans proud."

NRLW captain Tiana Penitani Gray reiterated that sentiment.

"To our Members, we appreciate every single one of you. Whether you support us from the stands or your loungeroom, your encouragement makes a huge difference," Penitani Gray said. "We'll be giving our all for you in Members Round."
