Wade Graham will become just the third player in club history to play his 250th NRL game for the Sharks when he take to the field to play the Rabbitohs in Perth tomorrow night.

With only Paul Gallen and Andrew Ettingshausen having previously achieved the magic milestone, Graham joins a select group in confirming his legacy as one of the very best and most consistent performers to ever wear the black, white and blue.

In a Sharks journey which began in 2011 after he made the move from Penrith to the Shire, Graham became an integral member of a Cronulla team which won the 2016 NRL Premiership, while earning the respect of his peers, teammates and many in the game throughout a career which in addition to 249 games at the Sharks has included eight games for Australia and six State of Origin appearance for NSW.

In a tribute to Graham, 2016 teammates Gallen and Mick Ennis, current senior Sharks Cam McInnes, Matt Moylan, and Nicho Hynes, teammates Teig Wilton, Toby Rudolf, Ronaldo Mulitalo and Blayke Brailey, as well as coach Craig Fitzgibbon have had their say ahead of Saturday night’s milestone match.

And while his official 250th game will be played and acknowledged by the team, Graham’s parents and those in attendance at Optus Stadum in Perth, Cronulla fans will have the opportunity to celebrate and show their appreciation for what has been a special career at the next home game when the Sharks host the Titans next Saturday night.
