Jersey Flegg Team List – Round 22

Already missing a number of their regulars, before losing five eighth Max Riolo in the opening 15 minutes of the match, the Jersey Flegg Sharks showed plenty of character to come from 10 points down to beat the Sea Eagles last weekend to maintain their spot in the top four on the under-21 ladder.

The Sharks defended grimly in going to half time down by just four points, again fell 10 behind at 16-6 to the Manly side in the early moments of the second period, but from that point dominated the contest in registering a 22-16 win.

It was a victory which saw the Sharks remain in fourth position but skip four points clear of the fifth-placed Melbourne Storm.

This weekend the Sharks have an opportunity to climb further up the Flegg ladder when they play a Panthers side sitting third, in a match to be played as the first of three games at BlueBet Stadium on Saturday.

The Jersey Flegg match is scheduled to get underway at 3.35pm, a Knock On Effect NSW Cup game is set down to get underway at 5.05pm, with the Sharks and Panthers to play in the NRL at 7.30pm.

See below the Sharks Flegg team list for the game on Saturday.
