Following a grinding win over the Warriors last weekend the Newtown Jets will be aiming to continue their winning run when they host the Parramatta Eels in a round 17 match on Saturday.
To be played at Henson Park, the Jets will come into the game with a level of confidence after holding off a late Warriors comeback, with the Newtown side sitting second on the Knock On Effect NSW Cup ladder following the 24-16 victory.
The Jets are just one point behind competition leaders the Bulldogs, while they are three clear of the Panthers and Bears who are third and fourth.
Their opponents this week in the Eels copped a 46-10 hiding from the Sea Eagles in their round 17 match.
The two teams met back in round two, with the Jets coming out on top 42-12 in a game played at CommBank Stadium.
The Newtown v Parramatta game is scheduled for a 3.00pm kickoff at Henson Park, with the Jets team listed below.
