The Newtown Jets will look to back up a strong win over the Bears at their most recent outing when they host the New Zealand Warriors in a round 16 clash to be played at Henson Park on Saturday.
The Jets retained the Frank Hyde Cup with a 36-20 triumph and in the process moved to second on the Knock On Effect NSW Cup ladder.
Veteran winger Josh Mansour scored three tries against the Bears, with Braydon Trindall, Connor Tracey, Jayden Berrell, Billy Magoulias and Mawene Hiroti reported to have played strongly in the Jets win.
The game against a Warriors team is scheduled for an earlier than usual kickoff time, with the game to get underway at 1.00pm.
