Late Mail - Sharks v Knights

The Sharks have confirmed the inclusion of prop Braden Hamlin-Uele for today's Indigenous Round match against the Knights in Coffs Harbour.

Hamlin-Uele injured his medial ligament in the Sharks game against the Cowboys and subsequently missed the next two weeks, however he has now been given the all-clear to return for the clash with the Newcastle side in the match kicking off at the C Ex Coffs International Stadium at 3pm.

With the return of the hard-running front rower, Braydon Trindall was omitted from the Sharks 19-man squad as announced last night, with Jesse Colquhoun and Daniel Atkinson retained but dropping out of the 17 for the game today.

Atkinson, a half/five eighth who can also play fullback and fill in at a number of backline positions is the 18th-man concussion substitute.

Otherwise, the Sharks team is as selected on Tuesday, with Oregon Kaufusi also returning after missing the Manly game last weekend due to illness.

Due to losses suffered by the Rabbitohs and Broncos the Sharks have an opportunity to draw level with the leading teams on 16 competition points if they can overcome the Knights in the round 12 match.

Kick-off is at 3.00pm, with the two 17-man squads and concussion substitutions listed below.
