Late Mail - Sharks v Dragons

The Sharks have made just one change to the team selected on Tuesday, with utility Braydon Trindall an omission from the side to tackle the Dragons at Oki Jubilee Stadium later today.

The withdrawal of Trindall was revealed last night when the squads were reduced to 19, with Jack Williams now confirmed as the man to come onto the interchange bench for the local derby clash.

As per the team named earlier in the week, Trindall was to have dropped back to the bench utility role in making way for Nicho Hynes, the reigning Dally M Medalist who plays his first game of the 2023 season.

Otherwise, the Sharks will run out 1-17 for a game in which they will look to rebound from a narrow loss to the Raiders last weekend. Mawene Hiroti will be 18th man for the Cronulla side.

Likewise, the Dragons come into the contest on the back of a loss after going down to the Brisbane Broncos last week.

The Sharks v Dragons match is scheduled for a 6.15pm kick off at Oki Jubilee Stadium in Kogarah, with the two 17-man teams listed below.
