HNWP & Tarsha Gale Team Lists – Round 3

For the Tarsha Gale Sharks, a 10-all draw with the North Sydney Bears earned a pass mark in their first outing for 2023, however coach Ruan Sims will no doubt be looking for some improvement from the Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership Sharks when they tackle the Central Coast Roosters in a round three match on Saturday.

The HNWP Sharks never recovered from a slow start in their match against the Bears, in a game played in oppressive heat last Saturday afternoon.

After a strong first up win it was a disappointing result for the Sharks and this week in welcoming the return of Quincy Dodd and Zali Fay, with the pair missing due to their involvement in All Stars in New Zealand, will be aiming to claim the points against a Roosters team narrowly beaten by Mounties at their last start.

The Tarsha Sharks, who after a week one bye battled hard in sharing the points with the Bears, played the Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy team.

The Tarsha Gale match is scheduled for a 2pm kick-off at Henson Park in following the two Sharks men’s junior rep teams at that venue, with the HNWP Sharks to play their first home game at the Academy fields at Cronulla High School. Kick-off for that match is at 1.00pm.
