Jersey Flegg Team List - Round 18

A convincing win over the Victorian Thunderbolts, their second victory in a row and fourth in their past five matches, has the Jersey Flegg Sharks nicely positioned heading into the run home to the Finals.

The Sharks were dominant in racking up 50 points against the Victorian team last weekend, however the challenge is likely to step up a notch this week when they tackle an Eels team which got the better of them in a round two match up early in the season.  

Played way back in round two, the Eels emerged 22-12 victors in a game played at PointsBet Stadium.

The match shapes an important one for a Sharks squad siting fourth on the ladder on 21 competition points, one point clear of the fifth-placed Tigers and three clear of Penrith who are sixth, with only five teams to qualify for the Flegg Finals. The Eels are currently in ninth position on the Flegg ladder.

The Sharks v Eels match is scheduled for a 1.15pm kick-off at Kellyville Park on Saturday, with the Sharks team listed below.
