Jersey Flegg Team List – Round 14

In something of stunning form reversal, the Jersey Flegg Sharks trounced the Raiders in Canberra, the win following a game when they were on the wrong end of a similar score line the week prior.

The under 21-Sharks were way too good for the Raiders, scoring eight tries in a 42-8 victory, just six days after their colours were lowered 40-0 by the Wests Tigers.

Three tries by centre Jordan Samrani and two from five eighth Manaia Waitere powered the Sharks to a win which saw them improve to fourth on the Jersey Flegg ladder.

After heading south last weekend the Sharks go on the road once more, this time looking for some consistency in their performance when they go north to tackle a Newcastle Knights side sitting second on the competition table.

The Sharks v Knights Jersey Flegg match up will kick off at 12.30pm on Saturday at St Johns Oval, Charlestown, followed by the Harvey Norman Women's Premiership match between Cronulla and Newcastle at 2.00pm.
