At times it may not have been pretty, but it was the victory the Sharks desperately needed in beating the Bulldogs 44-24 at Cbus Super Stadium on Sunday.

A number of Sharks handed in strong performances in the win, a victory which pushed them into seventh position on the NRL ladder with six rounds remaining.
